mon avis :

le livre est organisé en chapitres dédiés à un mois lunaire, un ogham et un arbre. Dans chaque chapitre : des informations sur l'arbre, les traditions associées, une méditation guidée et des suggestions d'activités.
ce livre me semble une bonne base pour développer une relation avec les différents types d'arbres.
j'ai juste besoin d'un dictionnaire à portée de main pour les noms des arbres...
